Frequently Asked Questions
We will accommodate daytime emergencies as time and staffing allow, but we will not be offering 24/7 emergency services. We will be offering Sunday hours as a way to help the community in this regard.
We will be seeing dogs, cats, and some exotics. We will not be seeing horses, birds, or livestock, but we will be happy to assist in finding a veterinarian for your needs.
Boarding will not be available. Grooming will be limited to baths and medically necessary sedated shaves of cats and dogs as determined by the veterinarian.
Cash, major cards, and third-party financing: CareCredit, Scratchpay, and we hope to offer a 3rd option.

Yes – you are responsible for payment at checkout and then you can submit your invoice to your insurer for reimbursement. We’ll help with documentation.
Previous records, vaccine history, medications/supplements, and a stool sample from your pet (if possible). Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Request through the Pet Portal or call; please allow 24 hours for most refills.

For most exams, yes. For sterile procedures (like surgery), we’ll keep you updated as soon as your pet is in recovery.
